Our Club was delighted to have Mykhailo Bernatskyi and his mother Inna Teslenko visiting from Ukraine. Mykhailo just recently graduated from Lynn University and was gathering military supplies to take back to Ukraine where he was going to enlist in the military to help fight against the invasion from Russia.  Inna (who said she didn’t speak much English) read a nice message to the members of the Club. Club member Marina Kapulovska, who was born in Ukraine, welcomed the two visitors and assisted Inna read her heartfelt message. My name is Tatiana Nuñez and I am a 2019 Future Stars winner and College Scholarship Recipient. Within the past year I have been so fortunate (with the limited time outside of school) to be involved in so many different projects and performances.  I had the opportunity to perform at Battery Dance Festival, and participate in not one, but two productions held at the prestigious Joyce Theater. The Club was pleased to have Warrant Redlich as our guest speaker.   A graduate of Rice University, Stanford University and Albany Law School, Warren recently retired after 26 years as a criminal defense and personal injury lawyer. During 2019, Warren began making videos about SpaceX, Tesla and other related topics. His channel now has nearly 64,000 subscribers. He has 26,000 followers on Twitter. Elon Musk has replied to Warren eight times on Twitter. Our speaker this past week was Club member Paul Moss, Location Manager for Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Boca Raton. Since the late 1990s, Paul has provided comfort to families in Palm Beach County through the funeral home business.  Paul was born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada. He came to Boca Raton to attend Lynn University where he earned a degree in mortuary science. After working many years in the West Palm Beach area, Paul became Location Manager with the Dignity Memorial network, one of the largest networks of funeral homes in the United States. Jeff Tromberg conducted a very interesting Craft Talk with Club member Dana Goldberg. In 2004, Dana met an attorney named Barry Siegel. She had been in Junior League. They became friends. He was in Rotary and suggested that Dana join Rotary. Was initially in a morning club but wanted to be in a daytime club so she came to our club via Neil Saffer. The Club was delighted to have Past President Spence Siegel give a craft talk.   He went to the University of Miami and the University of South Florida for undergrad and then attended law school at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. He talked about Estate Planning, which is primarily helping families plan for incapacity or death. He recommends using a Trust versus a Will and gave some good reasons. Judy has over 30 years of learning and teaching as a yoga therapist, teacher and family member.  Judy is a yoga therapist and a yoga teacher-of-teachers with over 30 years of experience and is the founder of Connected Warriors and Bodymind Recalibration. Jeff Tromberg conducted a very interesting Craft Talk with Club member Rachel Huerta, APRN. With over a decade of experience, Rachel provides patient-centered care both in the office and hospital settings. She believes that knowing your patient and creating a relationship with them is vital to helping them achieve their wellness goals. She provides "full-service" medical care and includes in-house lab draws, imaging on-site, hospital care and same-day appointments if needed. Rachel is married to her husband Jody. We were pleased to induct a new member, Juan Bandino, into our club. He is currently an associate attorney at J. Perez Legal, PA in Cooper City where he practices in real estate and business law.  Juan was born in New York and moved to Florida at a young age, but he has bounced around living between the two states his entire life. He graduated in 2008 from Flanagan High School in Pembroke Pines where he was a member of student government and a senior class officer. We were delighted to welcome Thomas ‘Tom’ Giunta as our newest member. He is a Financial Planner with Equitable Financial Advisors.  Tom was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. Growing up, Tom loved playing baseball. He was chosen to be on the all-star team for many years. At the age of 13, he rode an ATV and had an accident in which he was nearly killed.
