Andrea O’Rourke’s mentee Rosa Barbosa just received her AA degree from Palm Beach State thanks to the help of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton. She is now about to enter the fall semester and work toward her four year degree. Huge thanks to Pia for her continued help and advice.  She is the first in her family to reach this achievement
