Interact Student Felipe Mora – Educating the Public on Environmental Awareness

Weekly Meeting July 24th, 2019

Felipe is a member of the City of Boca Raton Youth Sub-Committee that is working environmental awareness. One the areas that the Sub-Committee wants to promote is education of the environment such as the problems of plastic waste. Felipe wants to use his interest in public speaking to educate both youth and adults on the challenges of managing the environment.

After Felipe’s short talk, the Club members provided excellent feedback and constructive direction to help him use public speaking as a vehicle to help others better understand the challenges of maintaining the environment.
