We were pleased to have Gilbert Chaidez as our guest speaker this week. He works for Rise Against Hunger – an international hunger relief organization that is also a Collaborating Organization with Rotary International.  Rise Against Hunger distributes food and life-changing aid to the world's most vulnerable. They focus on the issue of hunger from a global perspective. Each year they mobilize over 400,000 volunteers around the world to provide over 60 million meals in 70 countries. We were pleased to have Charles Bender as our speaker on Oct. 21. He is the Founding CEO of Place of Hope, Inc., a faith-based and state-licensed, family-style child welfare organization serving abused and neglected children, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
