Sandy L Burkart PT, OCS, Ph.D. is a retired West Virginia University Professor and Chairman of Physical Therapy.  He is a Feldenkrais movement re-education specialist in private practice with the Palm Beach Institute of Sports Medicine and is a teacher and consultant with Functional Rehabilitation Associates.  He received his Physical Therapy degree in 1967 from the University of Pennsylvania, his Ph.D. in Anatomy from West Virginia University in 1977 and his Feldenkrais certificate in 1991. The Rotary Club of Boca Raton held its annual banquet for installation of the officers and directors for 2022-2023 at Maggiano’s restaurant. Bill (“Patch”) Paczkowski, Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A., served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps for thirteen years, and worked as an attorney/consultant for a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Boca Robotics Club “Dirty Mechanics” Competed in the World Robotics Championships

The Club was pleased to have members of the FRC robotics team #3932 “Dirty Mechanics” attend our meeting. Their club’s founder, David Ferguson, was also in attendance. The club members Rebecca Levy and Keanu Brayman shared photos and a video from their local award-winning team that enabled them to recently compete in the World Championships held in Houston. Our club sponsors their robotics club.
