Dustin started Mr. Cannabis Law because he saw a need for a law firm capable of handling diverse legal and business issues within the unique and highly regulated industries of hemp and medical marijuana. His focus on the hemp and medical marijuana industries allows him to stay abreast of all current legal developments as well as anticipate upcoming legal developments for his clients.
If there is an upcoming change in the law, Dustin seeks to ensure that his clients will know about it with enough notice to make the necessary adjustments in their business before the law is enacted. Dustin believes that this type of focused-representation provides his clients a distinct advantage over their competition.
